Rebranding and Ingredient changes
Because of the redesign of our logo please note that Rebranded labels will be phased it to avoide wastage. Also some ingredients within the products have changed since the original labels were printed.
The ingredients listed on the website are believed to be correct ... the main changes are:-
Products containing Sweet Almond Oil
Please note Sweet Almond Oil has been replaced with a blend of Organic Sunflower and Organic Olive Oil to limit any nut allergy reactions.
Shampoo and Bath and Shower Gels
For additional nourishment and moisturisation Organic Olive Oil has been added to the ingredients of these products.
Orders
Orders are only accepted under the terms and conditions set out below.
Orders are normally dispatched within 7 – 10* working days of receipt of order and payment. Most products are made fresh to order therefore if there is a problem with availability you will be notified of a dispatch date or if requested; the appropriate monies refunded or credited.
The placement of an order is acknowledgement by the purchaser to have knowledge of the products purchased and the uses of the products sold. Naturally Wight cannot be held liable for their miss-use. Goods are purchased entirely at your own risk

Availability I endeavour to only display products on this web site which are in stock. However, all products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative of accepting late delivery or a full refund.
Organic % of Naturally Wight products
Naturally Wight lists the approximate % of Organic ingredients in our products. Because of the nature of hand produced skincare products, this % is dependent on the availability of Organic materials. Occasionally we may find it necessary to alter the % of Organic materials in Naturally Wight Products. Please be aware that the % of Organic materials may alter from batch to batch.
My Guarantee
It is my aim to offer 100% satisfaction. I will be happy to replace any faulty goods or redress any errors in connection with an order. Any goods may be returned within 14 days from the day they are received. Providing they are unused - I will be happy to refund their full cost, excluding postage costs. This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Lost or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event that your goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact me in writing or by email at sharon@naturallywight.co.uk . In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 15 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damage please contact me within 48 hours of receipt and return the product to the following address Sharon Lake, Naturally Wight, 27 Cambridge Road, East Cowes, Isle of Wight, PO32 6AH.
Postage
Goods for the United Kingdom will be dispatched via recorded delivery. £3.50 will be added to your order to cover postage and packing. Costs of Post and packaging will vary if the purchase is larger than normal or you wish to have goods posted outside the UK. PLEASE CALL FOR A QUOTE FOR POSTAGE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED KINGDOM AS FURTHER POSTAGE COSTS WILL BE REQUIRED.
